• A 16-minute taxi ride to the hilly town of Taormina - very steep, may be in for a killer leg workout. But you know what? The views are SO worth it!

Food & Drink

• Breakfast Room - brekkie is the most important meal of the day, so head down to the breakfast room and load up your plates with pastries, toast, fruit, yoghurt, cold meats and cheese and a selection of juice

• Peppe's Restaurant - you literally can't miss this restaurant, there's a massive sign with a giant swordfish on there. There's a menu of delish Sicilian cuisine with a side of stunning beach views, it's the perfect spot for tucking to a bowl of spaghetti (yum)

• Private Beach - right on your doorstep, when you aren't pretending to be a mermaid in the sea, you can chillax on one of the sunloungers to top up that tan
