• Imàgo - the most incredible MICHELIN-starred restaurant on the 6th floor with panoramic windows for views across the city and with the Spanish Steps below. On the menu are traditional Italian dishes made with the chef's delicious twist (crab ravioli we're looking at you) or why not try the tasting menu for a bit of everything

• Salone Eva - the classiest spot to sit and sip one of Rome's best cocktails whilst listening to live piano music. You can also enjoy an afternoon tea here or after-theatre snacks in the evening

• Palm Court - al fresco all-day dining in the terrace garden with ivy growing on the ancient stone walls, a proper little escape from the city
