Management needs retraining! 
Great hotel, perfect location, just a shame that employees destroy your private property! Was really happy with everything in the hotel when we arrived, loved the look of it, loved the very convenient location (the only negative was the very thin, flat pillows) until one of the employees ruined the experience. 
If you decide to stay in that hotel make sure you don’t bring any valuables with you and lock as much as you can in the safe. 
Me and my boyfriend got back to the hotel after exploring Milan for the day, we got back to a room that’s been attended, we were enjoying some relaxing time before heading out again for the evening when two staff members knocked on the door.
I opened the door to a housekeeping staff walking into the room and proceeding to tell us that she smashed my boyfriend’s perfume when cleaning the room. She then decides to stand in the middle of the room saying sorry and not moving while another member of staff who I assume was a manger stands outside the door watching the whole situation.
The bizarre situation continues until my boyfriend has to tell her it’s ok just so she leaves us alone and leaves our room and lets us enjoy our peace. She then walks out and I believe tells the manager everything is ok and they leave.
I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and I’ve never experienced such a horrible treatment. I of course understand that accidents happen and anyone can make mistakes but how 
can you destroy someone’s private property and not deal with it- my boyfriends expensive perfume he got for Christmas, just smashed with no offer of compensation. That behaviour is beyond disgusting and the management skills are clearly questionable when they don’t know how to deal with a simple matter like that. I understand the housekeeping staff made a mistake, the girl looked scared, I assume it’s because the management forced her to walk up to the room and admit to it but other than that they refused to do anything. My boyfriend had to tell her it’s ok just so she would leave because we wanted to be left alone in our room and not have our privacy invaded.
This ruined our experience and views on this hotel, it’s disgusting and unprofessional, the fact that the management expects their paying customers to pay for their staffs mistakes, at this point it’s close to stealing, having our property that was left in our room taken away from us.

Management needs retraining, staff destroys your property

Hotel has really good location. On first view the rooms are industrial style & clean. Safe in the room free of charge and staff have been pleasant throughout. Cleaned daily and towels always changed, always came back to a nice smelling room…
Great views of central station. It’s remarkably quiet to say it is on a main road too and not had much noise either within the hotel (3 night stay).

Reasons why we have rated this a 3 / 5. 
- damp smell after using shower, from we think the shower curtain. Fills the room the smell due to the shower being part of the room and unable to get rid of this until cleaned the next day. 
- shower temperature does not maintain constant temperature- it’s either red hot or cold… makes for an interesting 5/10 minutes! 
- no coffee/tea making facilities in the room which we found bizarre for a 4* rated hotel. 
- pillows are really flat, had to request another pillow each although could still do with a third and the bed is very firm.

Average but clean hotel although not 4*

The hotel is not easy to locate at first but that's the only down. The receptionist was great at dealing with my booking and there are two elevators that help you to your room and it comes reasonably quickly. The room was better than I had anticipated as the lighting was quite nice, there is a perfect temperature on the shower, and the bidet in the toilet is good too. The bed must have been king size or something as I have a double bed at home and was larger than that but this was pleasant. Spacious as well so whatever you are doing in the room it feels like it is a separate part of the room and not feel a bit tight perhaps. Minibar is nice and properly stocked so it is literally replacing what you've had. Trying some Italian was good with the people too and they quite like it, they don't expect it like in other countries but they greet you and say goodbye regardless. It also was quiet as even though there are rooms opposite me the noise is mostly drowned out and you can put music on in peace, sleep even if people come in after a night out so that is a plus as it shuts out whatever others are doing. Would come back here as a solo or a double, families, each to their own.

Lovely experience

The rooms are clean albeit tiny.  I would recommend this for younger people but not a real business hotel.   The front tried to be as helpful they could but it is not designed for business groups.  Breakfast is basic but reasonable on the 11th floor.  They could have a bar there in the evening
