We have recently returned from a two week holiday to Hard Rock Hotel Goa
We have had a wonderful stay 
The staff go above and beyond 
We would like to say a very special thank you to Senior Chef Ajay who was amazing, he is such a great Chef and cooked amazing meals for us each night.
Also Susan and the waitress team who made us so welcome at every meal and 
Ravi who made our room lovely each day 
Thank you and we can’t wait to come and stay again next year

Excellent

Well November arrived and so did our return visit to the Hardrock. I understand that Calangute is not to everyone's taste but this little oasis takes you away from the hustle and bustle and into the complex where all your needs are met with smiles, professionalism and friendliness. The rooms are large , ours had the added advantage of overlooking the pool, comfy beds and plenty of storeage space. The restaurant is really good at breakfast with plenty of choices, and the staff at the Tonic bar are both friendly and efficient.
Special mention for Seema who excelled at all she did for us and helped make our holiday memorable. See you next year guys....... keep on rocking!

My stay was good in hard rock hotel breakfast was good my room was very neat n clean tulshi was good in her services they take care of my room, staff is familiar and it's first day so looks good, overall ambience of Hard rock hotel is amazing and vibrating

Stay was nice

Ordered food specially the burger it was not upto the mark, service was slow as we asked water to the guy who was attending the table and it was served after the food. We informed the foreigner lady (don't remember the name)who came to ask feedback about services we have been told that you can share your feedback on Google and if you are not satisfied with the services you can mentioned the particular persons names also. This was a bit awkward hearing this kind of suggestions. Need to improve.
