Food & Drink

• Oliver's Restaurant - an upscale adults-only restaurant, serving a mixture of Caribbean and Creole cuisine. Head here for breakfast and dinner. It's pretty casual during the day, just throw on a cover up over your 'kini, but at night you'll need to get your glad rags on. The menu here features local ingredients and you'll find plenty of veggie options, too. In the evenings, there's live music from calypso and reggae bands

• Sea and Surf Terrace & Bar - open for lunch, this beachfront bar and restaurant serves a menu of international dishes with a Caribbean twist. There's a casual dress code and little'uns are welcome
