Food & Drink

• Pisco - Peruvian dishes cooked right in front of your eyes in the open kitchen, for the wine connoisseur there's a wine-pairing menu

• Haroub - offering a sharing plates concept, but the food is that good you probably won't want to.

• The Watergarden - lavish buffet-style dishes featuring show-cooking stations for hot dishes, a delicatessen and salad bar, and a live bakery. Fresh croissants? You betcha!

• Walk-in Cave - not the dark, gloomy kind of cave. In this cave, you'll be sampling local vino, olive oil and charcuterie dishes (pre-booking is required)

• Main Bar - sip speciality cocktails whilst soaking up the sun. It's all waiter service too, so you don't have to lift a finger

• Overwater Bar - poolside beveraginos all-day, you might want to head there in the afternoon. Something about a wine-tasting. Do you need any more convincing?

Sports & Entertainment

• Your biggest daily decision will be which swimming pool are you dunking into. Including the main one decked out the sunbeds so comfy, you'll want to have a good old snooze

• Cheese and wine aperitif by the main pool, name a better way to end the sunbathing day, than with cheese and wine

• SPA - when you're not working up a sweat in the state-of-the-art gym, head to the sauna, steam rooms and treatment rooms for a pamper sesh
