Golden Beach Hotel

This is a Nice little hotel  now called Silver Beach hotel which is better than its reputation. Yes it seems a bit old and worn, but the rooms are nice and big, beds are ok but a bit hard, it is clean and the staff is very nice and there to help you at any time. With a few changes this could be a very nice place as the location is very good. We had three rooms for the last week of July at the end of the heat wave in 2023 but with good ac and a nice pool this was not an issue. And to the hotel, please get a card machine in the bar. You will sell a lot more drinks and food

Better that expected

Ate here twice during recent 2 week holiday. Although the hotel itself looks a bit tired the food and service in the restaurant is nothing less than excellent. The Stamna was so good and fresh tasting I had it on both occasions. A special shout for the very friendly manager who even helped out some older visitors to complete their UK covid paperwork.

Great food and service

If you want a pub like food experience this place fits the bill. Great service and friendly. Greek food mainly, and everything seems to come with chips. Enjoyed it because it was cheap and decent food, but made a change from the over priced pretentious places we had eaten in so far on Skiathos. Great place to come for those you don't want to spend to much.

Cheap......but very cheerful 

Simple but clean and comfortable room. Nice service at breakfast and drinks by the pool. Pleasantly quiet.  Bus stop is right outside and some beautiful beaches not far away on foot.  Thank you for a nice stay!
