The complex offers 3 buildings, divided into the Main Building and 2 side Buildings. All guest rooms - consisting of Standard and Superior room types - feature double or twin beds, a private bathroom with shower, FREE Wi-Fi access, flat screen satellite TV with music channels, mini fridge, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safe deposit box and a balcony or terrace with outdoor seating and garden or pool views. Air conditioning is available for a local fee in Standard Rooms and for free in Superior Rooms.

Facilities at Meliton Hotel include two outdoor freshwater adult's pools and a relaxing sun terrace with sun beds and shades, a daily shuttle bus to the beach (at scheduled times), children’s playground and occasional evening entertainment (including Greek nights, karaoke and movie nights).
