Get ready for a brand-new experience at the five-star Lindian Village, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, which basically means…it’s *fancy*. But it’s also certified carbon-neutral. • Estia - the main restaurant, with fresh local produce (traditional Greek breakfasts, cheeses and cold cuts), and themed nights for dinner - from Spanish to Italian

• Alas Ouzeri - stop by for an open-air dinner of traditional Greek food, paired with some of the finest local wines

• Era Ora Trattoria - you can't go wrong with Italian food, with pizza and pasta just like-a Mamma used-a make-a (open for lunch and dinner)

• Niku - an elegant venue serving up some of Asia's best dishes, from sea bass in tiger milk to teriyaki beef with truffle purée (count us in)

• Helios Pool Bar & Restaurant - located between the pool and the beach, this place offers tasty bites and drinks right by your sun lounger

• Bliss Bar - G&Ts, handcrafted cocktails and Greek craft beer - served 'til as late (or early) as 1am. The Ginger Rush cocktail is a fav with locals - made with tequila, ginger, lime and agave syrup, but you'll be spoilt for choice when you see the menu...

• Dreams 'n' Creams - this is where you can get your hands on *all* the sweet treats, including the traditional lukumades, which is basically a crispy, Greek doghnut. Served with a scoop of ice cream or sorbet? *Chef's kiss*

• Yummy Truck - we love a venue that's exactly what it says on the tin...or, erm...truck, and this place is exactly that. It's located on the beach and it's the place to go for tasty bao buns, hot dogs, veggie skewers and more. Seriously yummy.

All Inclusive Food & Drink

• The hotel offers a jam-packed all-inclusive programme, so you can eat and drink to your heart's content without worrying about the cost. After all...holidays are for indulging, right?!
