Friendly and helpful team made our stay very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Location was ideal, five minutes walk to beach. Accommodation was very good, clean and comfortable with all we needed provided. Good choice of local restaurants nearby and good food available at Anixis. Would happily recommend to friends and would love to visit again.

Great accommodation and location.

Basic but very clean. Staff is very friendly.  However, in the list of amenities, it fails to mention that although air conditioning is available, there is a charge of €10 a night. And in our 2 bed apartment, it was only in 1 of the bedrooms. Likewise,  the safe also came at a charge. The wifi was only available in the lounge and was not high speed.
As our pickup wasn't till 18.25, we asked what arrangements were available for late check out or somewhere to shower before we left. We were offered an 18.00 checkout at a cost of €40. Is this normal? I haven't come across it before.

Everything extra charge

We really, really did appreciate everything that was associated with this hotel. We had a top floor 2 bedroom apartment which was so private. Cleaners were brilliant. Caroline was a hard-working, thoughtful, polite lady. My wife started with a chest infection, and Anice, the owner, drove Beverly to the chemist and got her some antibiotics. What a star. Lovely guests. 
Everything about the hotel was first class. There weren't any bad points.

Staff are amazing here day and night 
Caroline made my holiday shes great in every way and the lads dave n george behind the bar are great lads they really go out there way to make you stay great and there ready to help with anything you need.
Lovely breakfast served here by caroline too
Also rooms are nice clean fresh and roomy 
All in all just a lovely place full of the best people 
Cant wait till next year to go back

Also a massive thankyou to the owner who really went out her way to fit us in at short notice and made us very welcome as she does with all guests from what i seen.
