Valtos Ionion

Would highly recommend staying at the lovely Valtos Ionion studios in Parga. We had a beautiful 2nd floor studio room with balcony and sea views. Everywhere was spotless. I would say a much higher standard than it’s 2 star rating. Comfy loungers and shades at pool. The pictures on Jet2 website don’t do it justice. 10 min walk to Valtos beach and 15 min to Parga town. Lots of lovely places to eat nearby. Hostess was very friendly. 70 euros for air conditioning per week and 30 euros for safe which I felt was a bit expensive. But all in all a fantastic place and would stay again.

Great hotel I would give it 4 stars

Located on a hill perfectly between town centre and Valtos beach this beautiful family run hotel was everything we needed. The hostess is such a warm, friendly, caring lady! And so were all the other members of staff we met. Even the owner's young son was so helpful and cute! 😍 
Our room was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. 
They have a car park with no extra charge a little walk away from the hotel but you can unload and load luggages infront of the hotel so no problem there. 
The room has a small kitchen with all the utensils you need to make breakfast and a nice balcony with good shade during hot days with sun. 
The pool area is peaceful and the water in the pool is warm.
Sure it's always a climb up from the town and the beach, but that's how it is with most hotels in Parga. 
We absolutely loved this hotel and the staff, big thanks!! 

Loved it!!

What an amazing break accommodation perfect bestwe have had since travelling Greece. Maid came ir every day little touches, such as make up towel made it. Shower best we have ever had on our Greece  travels as well as the bed.  No one ever at the pool if that is what you prefer comfy loungers. Conveniently situated forVoltos Beach and Parga Town. Was too hot in August 42 so would choose a different time of year. Pack flat comfy shoes, lots of hills and steps.

What can I say about this hotel and the fantastic staff here?

We were on our honeymoon and on arrival there were rose petals and feathers on the bed and hearts hanging. A bottle of bubbly was also left for us. A lovely touch especially as we were also shown personally to our room.

This hotel is rated as 2 star. It is not, by any stretch of the imagination a 2 star hotel. The rooms are nipping clean and very well decorated. This continues throughout the hotel into the pool area and the gardens. We had a second floor room with a view of the sea. 

The staff could couldn’t be more friendly and helpful.

The hotel is situated in a great location between Valtos and Parga. Although up a hill the hotel can do nothing about that.

Parga is a hidden gem, a beautiful location and very welcoming. Forget Brits abroad and expats and embrace yourself in all that mainland Greece has to offer. Beautiful area, beautiful food and beautiful people.
