Bacchus is the hotel’s main restaurant where both local and international dishes are served in a buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other restaurants include, La Bouillabaisse is the hotel’s award-winning restaurant which serves Mediterranean cuisine and Terpsis which offers an al fresco dining experience overlooking the bay with spectacular Cretan cuisine. Guests can also enjoy the range of bars which serve a range of drinks and light snacks. Please note that La Bouillabaisse, La Cave and Adeste restaurants operate from mid-May to the beginning of October, weather permitting.
