Location

• Mononaftis Beach is a 3-minute walk away with lift access down to the pebbles, the water is crystal clear, and we’re crystal clear that you’ll love it.

• Heraklion Airportis a 33-minute drive away for all your transfer needs, you’ll be looking out over the sea in your private suite before you can say byzantine hammam… we can’t say it right.

• The town of Heraklion is a 38-minute drive away, far enough to feel you have taken your retreat to heart, close enough that if you fancy a jaunt to see the sights of the biggest city on Crete you could be there before your favourite playlist finished.

Rooms

• All the suites/villas are private with their own swimming pools and balconies, whether you’re tucked into the cliffs, or overlooking the sea, there's something that everyone can Insta-spam.

• The Suites all offer accommodation for 2 adults and come in a variety of styles and sizes, they are the Wave Suite/Wave Suite XL, Gaia Suite, Cave Suite,and the Loft Suite which can house 3 adults, if you’re on a gals fitness retreat, or you just wanna escape the hustle and bustle of life with your pals, there’s an option.

• For those that want a bit of extra space, we’ve got you sorted with villas and even a summer house available, the Sunset Villa houses 2 adults, while the Acroterra Villa and The Summer House accommodate up to 4 adults, so you’ll be spoiled rotten if you’ve decided to bring a 3rd mate with ya.

• If you’re visiting with a bigger party you might wanna take a look at The Grand Summer House which houses up to 8 people and has 2 private pools! We’ll find enough people to make it 8 just so we can experience the botanic private garden!

• All suites are ch-rock full of amenities, including:

  • Free high-speed Wi-Fi

  • Smart LED TV

  • Complimentary slippers, bathrobes and beach towels (celebrity treatment for realsies)

  • Safe deposit box

  • Hairdryer

  • Mini-bar stocked with nutritious drinks and healthy snacks (if it’s a health kick you want, it’s a health kick you’ll get!)

Food & Drink

• Cremnos - open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service (times vary), this eatery offers up traditional Greek food with a new age twist, something to twist and shout about for sure!

• Umi - Congratulations to new parents, Peru and Japan, Umi is their baby and it combines the artistry of Japanese Sushi creations with the zest of Ceviche direct from Peru’s culinary heritage. Mouth-watering seems like a HUGE understatement here. *

• Elaionas - We won’t make the newborn joke again, but another flavour combo hits its stride here, traditional wood-fired cooking meets authentic Cretan cuisine made with fresh, locally sourced produce. For a fresh take on some Cretan classics, stop off here! (Private dining option upon request) *

• Circle - This all-day lounge bar concocts hand-crafted cocktails inspired by Mediterranean botanical herbs to give them a pop of regional uniqueness, and fresh squeezed juices if you’re not one for a tipple, we know we aren’t sometimes! (open 10:00-1:00)

Sports & Entertainment

• Private Swimming Pools - Every single suite, villa and the summer houses has its own private swimming pools, like… that’s so fab! No need to worry about being splashed by an energetic cannonball, or a whistle bursting your eardrums. Just you, a book, and bliss.

• Asana Fitness Club - It wouldn’t be a wellness retreat without giving your body some TLC, and the fitness club has all the equipment needed to work up a sweat while you watch the waves crash outside.

• Asana Yoga Club - If you wanna get in tune with your body on a deeper level, feel all its nooks and crannies, and relieve all the stress of everyday living, then maybe you wanna try some Yoga? With teams on hand to introduce you to the exercise if you’re a newcomer, there's no need to worry, and you can even have sessions on your private room terrace if that’s a bit of you!

• Bathhouse - A unique approach to some classic treatments here, with a focus on some super duper ancient techniques that connect body with soul, you can feel more at peace than you ever have in your life in a plunge pool, a Finnish sauna, 2 treatment rooms that offer massages and therapies, as well as an outdoor pool and lounge area. We’re relaxed already tbh.

• Agia Pelagia Beach - Just a 7-minute drive away is the nearest sandy beach for all you sand-lovers out there, along this strip of golden sand and green (in the best way) waters are a number of restaurants, cafes and bars that bring the night to life.
