The hotel offers a total of 182 rooms, ranging from Emerald Retreat Rooms (with a choice of views), Emerald Beachfront Suites and Emerald Residences. Guests can also choose to stay in the new Haute Living Selection Pavillion Wing, in Pavillion Waterfront Retreat Rooms, Pavillion Retreat Rooms with Outdoor Jacuzzi or Pavillion Suites with Jacuzzi and Pool. Food & Drink

Breakfast is served in a buffet format at Korypho Restaurant, with lunch and dinner being served in an a la carte setting, or choose to eat at the coastal 1962 By the Sea Restaurant, for a buffet breakfast, and a menu of local and international dishes at lunch and dinner. The Nobilis Fine Dining Restaurant is an experience to remember, with freshly prepared dishes from the executive chef and a fine wine and champagne list to try. For more refreshing drinks, you can stop by the Blue Bar for tailormade cocktails, Raw Bar for sushi, nibbles and champagne, or Verde Pool Bar for refreshments and snacks such as sandwiches, salads and finger food in the centre of the action.

Guests staying at Haute Living Selection can benefit from the Half Board Dine Around meal plan which, for stays of five nights or more, includes unlimited meals at 1962 by the Sea restaurant and a three course a la carte dinner abd one visit to Raw Bar for a three course set menu. A La Carte lunch is also offered at 1962 by the Sea, or Verde Pool Bar, or Panorama Snack Bar in the Dine-Around concept for Haute Living Selection customers (drinks not included). For stays of seven nights all of the above is included as well as one stunning three-course a la carte dinner at the Makris fine dining restaurant.

There are two freshwater pools at the hotel, one includes a seafront outdoor swimming pool, perfect for a relaxing swim or for simply unwinding on the surrounding sun-soaked terrace.
