Rooms offer the following amenities: satellite TV, an en-suite full bathroom with shower, a balcony with table and chairs, individually controlled air conditioning/heating, music channels and radio, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, minibar (local charges apply) and safety deposit box (local charges apply). Available on request are cots for infants (under 2 yrs), interconnecting rooms and rooms with double beds.

Food & Drink

In the elegant Alcyon Days Restaurant, a la carte menus are inspired by the glories of local and international cuisine and a different theme features each night. The Danae Gardens restaurant overlooks the lagoon and serves up lunch and dinner with a view of the pool and gardens. A cocktail bar and swim-up pool bar serving snacks and drinks are also available.

Sports & Entertainment

The Avanti Hotel is hard to beat for sports and leisure facilities. There is a large fresh-water swimming pool, surrounded by sub-tropical gardens and spacious sun terraces with ample lounges outside. Guests have the possibility to participate in scuba diving lessons in the pool. The Health Centre features a heated (during winter time) indoor pool with glass walls and wide sun-terraces, state-of-the-art gymnasium & aerobics room as well as saunas, steam baths & hydro-massage which are payable locally. Beauty Salon and Hairdressing Saloon are also available.

Excellent sports installations include three floodlit artificial grass tennis courts; competition standard squash court, boules, volley ball court, and a wide choice of water sports (seasonal) are available on the beach across the road. Indoor games comprise billiards, table tennis and electronic games, while six full sized artificial Bowling Green rinks within the hotel grounds, suitable both for flat green and crown green bowling groups. Floodlit is available. Friendly games and competitions with local clubs can be arranged and equipment is available for hire.

Younger guests are more than welcome and are well catered for with their own kiddies pool, a special shallow area in the main pool for family fun, an adventure playground with grass surface and supervised indoor kindergarten.

Accessibility

The hotel offers rooms adapted for wheelchair users. The complex is also wheelchair-friendly with all rooms accessible and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools accessible by ramp.
