The hotel comprises 127 Studios, One Bedroom Apartments, Deluxe Studios and Executive Suites, all equipped with air conditioning/central heating, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, radio, hairdryer, safety deposit box, fully equipped kitchenette with two ceramic hobs, a microwave oven, kettle, electric toaster and mini fridge, as well as a private bathroom or walk-in shower, and private balcony. Cleaning is carried out daily and linen/towel are changed three times a week. A specially designed ground floor apartment with an enlarged walk in shower bathroom is also available for disabled guests who wish to stay at this hotel.

The Piatakia restaurant is a modern, relaxed location ideal for dining throughout the day. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, providing variety and quality in food and drink to suit all ages and pallets. The restaurant is open between 08.00-10.00am for breakfast, 12.30-14:30 for lunch, and 18.30-20.30pm for dinner. There is also a beautifully decorated and furnished bar lounge area and drinks are served from 10:00 - 00:00. There's also a brand new Peruvian restaurant if you want to try something new.
