Junior Suites offer and added luxury with additional space with a living area and sofa bed, there's also an espresso machine, exterior hot tub, and two flat screen TV's. Swim Up Rooms are also available with direct access to the pool, so the refreshing water is just a few steps away.

Preferred Club is the resort's premium service, allowing guests to enjoy a range of in-room amenities like a coffee machine and a living area with sofa bed to relax on, plus exclusive access to separate restaurants, bars and areas by the pool. For the whole family, enjoy the waterpark which has multiple slides and a pool (just so you know, guests must be at least 1.3m to ride). There's also swimming pools specifically for Preferred Club members. Also for the kid's there's the Explorer's Club which is a fun kid's program with arts & crafts, treasure hunts, games room and weekly campout adventures, for the teenagers there's Core Zone kitted out with a snack bar, video games, plasma TV's, and hosts cinema nights on the beach. In the evenings, there are themed nights, theatre shows, and live entertainment to enjoy.
