Food & Drink

The hotel’s restaurants are renowned for the quality of their international cuisine. All Inclusive consisting of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-15:00) and dinner (18:30-22:00), all buffet style, served in the Las Garzas restaurant. During meals hot beverages, soft drinks and local alcoholic drinks are offered. A la Carte breakfast can be taken at the El Dorado from 10:30-11:30. Also at the disposal of the AI guests in the A la Carte restaurants, are three themed dinners per week of stay, from 18:30-22:00; El Dorado (grilled meat), El Pescador (fish & seafood - non smoking), Jardin de Jade (Oriental - non smoking) - prior reservation required. Snacks are available 24 hours at the snack bar beach club (except when the El Dorado restaurant is open). Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at Merengue swim-up bar (10:00-18:00), Hicotea pool terrace bar (10:00-24:00), Getaway bar (21:00-23:00), Oxygen bar (09:00-20:00) and at the El Dorado beach bar (24 hours).
