The hotel features 291 rooms distributed across two buildings, both with three floors. Each elegantly furnished room features a private bathroom with bathtub/shower, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi access, satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (by request) and a balcony/terrace. Ironing facilities are available on request.

Family Rooms additionally feature living rooms and kitchens, Superior Double feature Nespresso machines with three complimentary capsules and sea views. There are also four specially-adapted rooms for guests with limited mobility.

Food & Drink

The Lancelot main restaurant offers an impressive buffet of Canarian and international dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with refreshing salads and a delicious dessert selection. Buffet lunches and continental breakfasts are also available at the friendly El Junco pool snack bar, and both the Timanfaya and Flamingo bars are on hand with a great range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Please note that gentlemen are requested not to wear shorts or sleeveless tops in the main restaurant.

There are two swimming pools for adults, and another two for children, surrounded by sun terraces with loungers and parasols. Further activities include tennis and archery along with a fitness centre. For a local charge, you can also enjoy billiards, kayaking, squash, bicycle hire and a variety of games. Professional staff are on hand to deliver a fantastic daytime and evening entertainment programme, including music, shows, a mini club and mini disco.
