This superior property is one of a beautiful complex of eighteen villas on a hillside above Puerto del Carmen. Stylishly designed and perfectly maintained, it lies within its own walled gardens and offers a great combination of luxurious living in a serene setting. Every inch of the interior is beautifully appointed and presented, with sophisticated cream hues harmonising with pale floor tiles, plush soft furnishings and glass and wrought iron furniture.

Rooms

The villas offer 3 bedrooms, en suite bathroom, a kitchenette, a hire safe and a separate lounge area. In addition, they are fitted with a radio and satellite/ cable TV. Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom and living room only.

Outside, the garden is supplied with comfy sunloungers, a patio suite and a barbecue, the latter on request. Doors from the living area open to a pergola-shaded dining area and the ample terracing around the pretty pool is adorned with planted urns, tall palms and lawned borders forming a restful private oasis. Sunk into large terrace, the pool has the added option of heating. This can be requested in advance for an additional weekly charge of 240 Euros.

There are a choice of villas including the Villa Classic, Villa Gran Deluxe and Villa Deluxe, and Classic Premier varying in sizes and facilities for different group sizes, these rooms also come with a private pool!!

Casitas de Campo is a series of charming cottages, it comes with a private small garden space kitted out with sun loungers so you can sunbathe in peace.

In the outdoor complex, guests are offered a freshwater pool as well as a sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers laid out ready for guests. Guests may make use of the Jacuzzi and the road bikes or the mountain bikes. The nearest golf course lies about 20 km away.For younger guests there is a playground.

When you want to venture out, the beach and shops of Puerto del Carmen are less than two km away down the hillside.
