This apartment complex comprises several one and two storey buildings with a total of 47 apartments and bungalows, which blend harmoniously into their surroundings. Fees apply for use of the wireless internet connection and the public laundry. Fresh bread rolls can be served each morning on request. Public car parking spaces are available outside of the hotel. The apartments are centrally located within a well-maintained complex that lies just across the road from the local sandy beach. It is 1 km to the centre of Puerto del Carmen and links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot. A diverse range of shops and entertainment venues as well as restaurants, bars and nightclubs to be found in the near vicinity.   The hotel does not permit guests under the age of 21 years, if not accompanied by an adult.

Each of the welcoming, tasteful apartments comes with an en suite bathroom with a shower, Wifi, a direct dial telephone, a hire safe, satellite/ cable TV (for an additional fee) as well as a combined lounge/ bedroom, a separate bedroom (which in selected rooms is separated from the lounge by a curtain) and a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and a coffee machine. Each accommodation unit also features a balcony or terrace; final cleaning is included in the price.
