Renovated in 2006, the complex features 18 apartments spread over 3 floors. This apartment complex is situated in the second row back from the beach promenade. The town center of Playa del Ingles is a 10-minute walk away, and a 5-minute walk from the complex guests will find restaurants, bars, pubs, links to the public transport network and shops.

Sports & Entertainment

The complex has 2 pools (adults and children's pool. Surrounding the pools is a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests may also make us of the children's playground, billiards, table-tennis and games room at the Green Garden and Green Ocean complexes.

It is compulsory to inform the estimated time of arrival as the complex do not have 24 hour reception.
