Overview

Grifid Club Hotel Bolero has the laidback vibes down. You can forget waking up at the crack of dawn with your towel tucked under your arm to bag a sunbed at the beach - that's against the rules here. Instead, there are two sun loungers and a parasol available (for FREE), per room - so you can flip-flop your way down whenever you fancy. If that's not your style, there are two pools to dip into, a spa where you can pamper yourself silly, and a restaurant where you can eat Bulgarian food until it's coming out of your ears.

• Main restaurant - pile your plate high at the open buffet, with show-cooking stations, meat carving and fresh pizza and pasta - plus pop-up BBQs on the terrace in summer

• Terrace restaurant - this place is under cover so you're not too exposed, but you've still got some cracking views of the pool which you can admire in between mouthfuls of sandwich, hot dog, burger, pancake or whatever you go for. There are a lot of options...

• Bulgarian a la carte - you'll be given a warm Bulgarian welcome here, with an authentic atmosphere and traditional menu (plus kid-friendly menus for the youngsters)

• Asian a la carte - sushi, prawn crackers and all the Far Eastern specialties, served in a cosy atmosphere with kid-friendly menus

• Mexican a la carte - an open-air restaurant serving up tasty Mexican classics, from nachos with creamy guac to fajitas and - of course - churros

• Pool bar - sandwiched between the two outdoor pools, this is the ideal pitstop for a post-swim cocktail, soft drink, beer or even a tea or coffee

• Bar salon - a three-tiered bar with an entertainment stage area, so you can sit back and watch a show with a glass of your favourite tipple

• Relax bar - what it says on the tin - a super chilled area with loads of drinks on offer, comfy sofas and a selection of board games to choose from

• Beach bar - a handy beach shack located in front of GRIFID Vistamar Hotel, serving loads of drink options right on the sand

A la carte restaurants are only available to use if you're staying for 4+ nights, and number of visits may be limited. A dress code of long trousers for gentlemen also applies.
