Overview

The only thing brighter than that the Bulgarian sunshine is the colour of the curtains at this place. Belleville Sunny Beach is as bright and cheery as it sounds, just a few minutes away from the sands of Sunny Beach (the name says it all), with a funsized outdoor pool to dunk into, a playroom for the little monkeys, and a restaurant where you can pile your plate with all the good stuff (cheese, chips, pasta and dessert - obviously).

• Buffet restaurant - start your day with a cooked breakfast (scrambled egg and fried bread included), and finish by piling your plate with all the faves at dinner - pasta, chips, salad and ice cream or mousse for dessert. BRB while we wipe the drool from our chin.

• Snack bar - drop by for a between-swim bite or a light lunch, with cheese toasties, crispy baguettes and burgers on the menu - plus loads of drinks to keep you refreshed

Sports & Entertainment

• Outdoor swimming pool - it's a bit on the petite side, but plenty big enough for everyone at the hotel. There's a surrounding deck with sun loungers if you prefer sunbathing over swimming, and there's a separate kids' section where the little ones can dip their toes in

• Playroom - so the youngsters have somewhere to run about (i.e. not near you when you're trying to enjoy your piña colada)
