Disneys Caribbean Beach Resort

Overview

Just a hop, skip and a jump from Disney's iconic Epcot park, this fab, tropical resort makes for the perfect family break. It's full of winding pathways, landscaped gardens and colourful villages set around a central lake (a humongous pool, to be more specific). This place has got a ton of activities for those days when you need a break from the coasters, with six (six!) swimming pools, as well as epic, themed rooms and tasty treats from the on-site eateries while you chill in the sun.

How far are the nearest theme parks?

• Disney World Resort is basically on your doorstep (or 2.5km away to be exact), and you can get there easily on the hotel's FREE shuttle service!

• Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure is 24km away

• Want even more thrills? Busch Gardens is 112km away, and it's totally worth it

Rooms

The spacious and tropical rooms all feature two queen-sized beds or one king-sized bed, with ceiling fans to keep you cool, a coffee maker to get put a pep in your steps round the parks and FREE Wi-Fi to post all your favourite pics with Mickey when you get back to the hotel. Other room features include a TV, safety deposit box, mini fridge, telephone and iron.

Food & Drink

The Centretown Market offers a wide selection of American favourites with Latin and Caribbean inspired specials and a casual atmosphere. Breakfast, dinner and on-the-go snacks are available here, too, as well as a bunch of refreshing drink options. For a delicious meal with waterfront views, head to Sebastian’s Bistro or why not try the Spyglass Grill for American classics with a Caribbean twist. For refreshing drinks, it has to be the Banana Cabana – and if you fancy dinner in your room, the Pizza delivery service is the perfect option, obvs!

Sports & Entertainment

Built in a village style, the resort offers five community pools (one in each village) where guests can relax and soak up the Floridian sun. At the centre of the resort, the Fuente del Morro pool is a zero-entry pool (sloped like a beach so you can just wander on in!) with a Spanish fort design, waterslides, water cannons and so. much. more. The hotel offers a number of activities for all ages including family movies under the stars, kid’s pirate cruises on the lake and fishing trips for all abilities. There are also FREE shuttle buses to all the Disney parks!

Just so you know, the main 'Fuentes del Morro' pool will be closed for maintenance from January - March 2024. There are still 5 leisure pools throughout the resort that you can splash about in, though!
