At the start of September, a Wine festival takes place, where you can taste a range of wines free of charge whilst traditional folk dancing keeps you entertained. The Carnival parade is also a must see, as is May's Flower festival. Theatre lovers will love the numerous Shakesperean nights which take place over the year.

Limassol nightlife here may not be as lively as that of Ayia Napa but it has its fair share of places to go. There are plenty of clubs, bars and tavernas all over the city, which is also well known for live music. Party late into the night, or enjoy a laid back meal in one of the variety of restaurants on offer.
