Inside two weeks, availability narrows fast, particularly at peak July/August, but Bulgaria's larger resort scale (proper mega-hotels at Sunny Beach and Golden Sands) means there's often still something available even close to departure. Booking inside seven days is always possible but the best combo of bargains and choice are usually found around 2-3 weeks out.
