Just so you know, stag/hen and young group parties aren't allowed at this hotel.

The hotel won't accept group reservations of more than 2 rooms under the same name, even if the reservations have different reference numbers, so make sure for family bookings that when you book 2 rooms you book the 3rd and 4th rooms separately under a different lead name. The hotel can cancel any reservations of more than 2 rooms with the same name!

• Cayo Coco Swim-up bar - for afternoon nibbles and negronis with a perfect view of the giant LED screen from the bobbing comfort of the pool, or the laze-inducing Balinese beds.

• Magic Experience Kids' Clubs - split into 3 different age categories, your little ones will be entertained throughout the day with an extensive programme, and even a climbing wall for the spidermen among us.
