Currently staying here for 2 nights.
Reception staff at check-in was very friendly,  no complaints. Had to request to change room as the aircon was leaking causing a pool of water around the entrance way/sink.
Room was decent and clean, nothing special. A positive is that there was a fridge in the room (petrol station less than 5 minutes if you want some drinks). Metro is 5-10 minute walk, as is a big shopping centre or IKEA.
Specifically booked this hotel as there is a pool, but... it's not heated and too cold to take my 6year old into.
No intention of using other facilities here....just wishing I'd saved money and booked a travelodge instead! Won't return, cannot recommend.

Avoid

The hotel is very clean, on a great location for using bus and metros. Breakfast is so good and food is very tasteful. We were there with 5 months old baby, they provided us a crib for baby very first night of our stay. There is pull that you can use for free, and on our last day they take care of our suitcases for the whole day.

Not sure what other people are complaining about honestly. We went for my partners birthday for a long weekend and had an enjoyable stay. Really clean hotel, comfy beds, good shower/toilet facilities and a nice bar downstairs. Didn’t try the restaurant due to food intolerances but seemed good while walking past. Has a nice sized pool and gym in the basement floor. Metro station europa fira only 5 mins away which takes you to the airport and also city centre. Massive shopping mall with clothing shops and a food shop Carrefour also behind the hotel 5ish mins away

So our son&daughters booked this as a present for our 25th wedding anniversary and such a shame as we was thoroughly disappointed!
The only good thing was the bed were comfy!
Ridiculously hot even with supposed ac couldn’t even open the windows!  Miles away from anywhere useless you want to get a bus or metro,no where to eat unless you want Italian in the hotel,the bar was just a joke….any more than 2 people they was flustered and told my husband can’t you see I have a group of 6 people to serve! Rude and unprofessional!
One of the lifts wasn’t working the whole 4 days we was there and not any mention of the swimming pool! 
Let’s not get started on the bathroom with the big crack in the door and the loo door that wouldn’t shut!
As for breakfast the bacon looked like it wasn’t even cooked and the scrambled egg would leave you running for the toilet  and the rest was just questionable.
Our advice is don’t book here!!!
