• Sofira Food Hall - it'd be very hard to not find something tasty in this packed buffet restaurant, offering international and local dishes for brekkie, lunch and dinner. Plus, six live cooking stations including ones for the kiddos

• Dar Lounge - offering a menu of Western Mediterranean delights, with a traditional Arabian coffee and tea station. Between 17:00 - 19:00 they offer an afternoon tea

• Nur Beach Club - freshly grilled dishes, delish picky bits and lots of drinks on the beach. Eerm, did we just describe the perfect afternoon? Yeah, think we did

• Sokar Seafood Restaurant - a rustic, seafood-inspired restaurant with hand-crafted decor and a menu of fresh fish with a Mediterranean flair

• Keif Fusion Gastro Bar - Asian-style picky bits and Sushi dishes with 24/7 drinks, you can sip on house wine, local beer, hot drinks, soft drinks, fresh juice and local spirits. Or push the boat out with a glass of champers (it'll cost you a bit extra though!)

• Outdoor Swimming Pool - how does an extra large swimming pool sat by the beach sound? Plenty of room for all the swimming, splashing and dunking, plus lots of comfy sunbeds for a good afternoon snooze

  • Poolside Services - you thought a mahoosive pool with sunbeds was good? You'll also be pampered with personalised services whilst you chillax. The services include: sunglasses care and cleaning, snorkelling equipment available, toys for the kids and a range of snacks and drinks delivered right to your bed

• Aquapark - located just across the road at sister hotel Sindbad Club. It's basically Egypt's answer to Siam Park on your doorstep, offering a wave pool, seven adult slides, and eight kid's slides. The wave pool is poppin' off with pool games throughout the day and water aerobics

• Kids' Club & Playground - running from 10:00 - 18:00 daily offering dress-up costumes, arts and crafts and face-painting with regular family cinema nights and a mini-disco

• Entertainment - boredom? You wouldn't know it here. The resort offers Arabic tea and herb tastings, Arabic classes, local wine tasting, cocktail masterclasss, cinema nights, yoga and meditation. That's just in the day...

  • Evening Entertainment - the action continues into the eve, with singles club nights, beach parties, tribal dances, hip-hop nights, 90s music nights, poker night, fire showers and belly dancers!

• Sports Activities - now, onto the sporty bits. If you're itching to get off the sunlounger you can take part in a spot of tennis, beach volleyball, football, cycling, table tennis and archery

• Watersports - with a beach this uh-mazing, it'd be very rude not to. There's paddle-boarding, water polo, kite surfing, snorkelling, windsurfing and kayaking

• Wellness Center - that'll leave you feelin' way more zen. Start your mornings off with yoga on the beach, followed by a steamy circuit of a sauna and steam room
