The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-15:30) and dinner (18:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Lunch can also be taken at the Caracas Cafeteria (next to hotel). Snacks such as sandwiches are available at the bar and the Caracas between 11:00 & 18:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, spirits, wine, vermouth, liquors, water, soft drinks, juices and coffee as well as ice cream are served at the bar and at Caracas from 10:00-24:00.
