Las Floritas is an apartment complex located near to the centre of Las Americas, and is popular with couples and groups. Guests will find restaurants, bars, shops, nightlife and public transport around a 5-minute walk away.

## Please note that all Two Bedroom Apartments are unsuitable for wheelchair-users or anyone with walking difficulties, as they are located on the second floor and can only be accessed by steps. ##

It is 18km from Tenerife South Airport and 81km from Tenerife North Airport to the apartment complex.

Rooms

The complex features 179 Apartments with one or two bedrooms, distributed over five areas. Each one features a kitchenette with an oven, fridge and toaster, satellite TV, bathroom, living room with a sofa bed, hire safe and a terrace or balcony. Towel changes take place twice a week and sheet changes once a week.

Food & Drink

Apartments come with Self Catering facilities. There is an on-site snack bar.

Sports & Entertainment

Guests will be able to enjoy a total of six swimming pools which are joined by small rivers, including a children's swimming area, a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers (local charge). Sun loungers and parasols are also provided for a fee on the nearby sandy, rocky and pebble beaches. There is a golf course just a two-minute walk from the hotel.
