Absolutely amazing stay here, Can I say the bar tender serving us is an absolute credit to your bar! 
Think his name was Walid, he was such a gent and made us feel welcome and nothing was a problem with me being fussy. 

He made my children feel safe and welcome he played with them a little too which helped with their holiday. Having somewhere that actually cares for you and your family! 

He's the sort of employee you need on your team 100%!

Bar tender made the holiday!!!

Fantastic!
We are through the first week of our holiday here.
I have rarely met a service that was better.
The rooms and location are fantastic. Close to everything and still in quiet surroundings.
All hotels sign that you may not reserve sunbeds, but few have succeeded in complying with this, but you do here. The staff and flexibility are top notch and we are looking forward to spending the last week where there is room for everyone.
A family hotel where you feel the fabulous atmosphere between the staff. From the cleaners, the bar staff, the receptionists to the management. The healthy working environment, where everyone is valued, affects the joy of being a guest.
Thank you for the good atmosphere and experience. We look forward to the last week and to coming back.

Fantastic!

Currently staying at the hotel and it’s been amazing. The manager and other employees are so friendly and kind and go out of the way to do anything for you. Every request I’ve made, they have helped me with. Cleaners come to the room everyday so far to change towels and sheets. Leave dirty towels on the floor and they then replace them. There are two pools. We’ve used one. Not a lot of sun beds around the pool we use but it’s not been a problem, everyday we have sun beds to lay on. Swimming pool and all areas super clean. Water fresh and warm. Yummy cocktails and good breakfast buffet choice. Everyone has been really friendly and we brought our baby, they’ve  accommodated him and all his needs - providing a cot and high chair at breakfast etc. fairly close to two beaches, lotssss of restaurants and also bars, shops etc. supermarket one minute away. Walking distance to the port. I preferred the beach nearest to the port, umbrella and sun bed €7.25 each. Not bad price and near the shop and bars. Have toilet on the beach. Room is slightly small but we do have a buggy and got etc so that takes up space. Hope to return here one day! Thanks everyone. 

Amazing, friendly hotel!

Great family hotel in a quiet area but still very close to the center. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food was great and the personnel was very warm and welcoming (specially Miguel at the restaurant, Begoña from the cleaning crew and the young lady at the reception). The only slightly inconvenient thing is that you hear everything happening in the rooms nearby and the corridor, but considering its an old (but nicely renovated) 3 star hotel this was totally fine for us. Would totally recommend it!
