Just a heads-up, this hotel doesn't take bookings from stag/hen parties and young groups, they also won't accept group reservations of more than 2 rooms under the same name, even if the reservation reference numbers are different!

For family bookings, book 2 rooms and then book the 3rd and 4th rooms separately under a different lead name and so on. Be wary that the hotel can cancel any reservations of more than two rooms booked with the same name!

All excursions and passes are subject to availability, subject to opening and weather dependent. Magic Splash Adventure Water Park opens on the 31st of May each year.

Visiting hours for the other hotels are either from 11:00 - 17:00 with daytime food and leisure service or 17:00 - 00:00 with dinner service and nighttime entertainment - visits aren't allowed on the day of departure and certain restaurants and bars are only open subject to occupancy.
