Rooms

Set in an idyllic location right on Salgados beach dunes the VIDAMAR Resorts Algarve Hotel offers a selection of Rooms and Suites with views. All room types are decorated with fresh colours; floor-to-ceiling windows and king size bed or 2 good size single beds, double sofa bed, ideal for adults.

CLUB Suite Ocean View (occupancy 2 adults)

The Suite Ocean View combines spaciousness and versatility, with an en suite bathroom and a living room. Located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the Hotel’s central wing, it offers spectacular panoramic views and free Wi-Fi.

Family Room - Resort View/Nature View/Pool View/Ocean View (Max occupancy: 2 Adults +  2 Children (0 - 11yrs).

Ideal for families with two children, up to the age of 11 yrs.  These spacious rooms (42m2) offer a comfortable King or two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with double-shower, and a large sofa-bed, offering plenty of space for the two children.

Double Room SUPERIOR Ocean View

This room (42m2) offers panoramic views over the pools, the gardens and the sand dunes. Accommodated with either a King size or two Single beds, free Wi-Fi, en-suite bathroom, lounge area with a sofa-bed and table.   (Cot available upon prior request). There are more room types available.

Double Room CLUB Ocean View

This room type offers the same space and views over the Atlantic Ocean, but features extra comfortable amenities such as FREE access to the garage (one daily parking space), a welcome drink, personalised check-in, a welcome VIP room on arrival, a Nespresso coffee machine in the room, daily access to the SPA Circuit (age 16+), daily access to the gym, daily access to MAR Club (open seasonally) with an outdoor heated pool, a massage cabin and reserved Bali beds for two (age 16+, must be pre-booked in advance).

Food & Drink

Please note that some of the hotel restaurants are currently closed until further notice.

Guests can enjoy meals at the Ocean Buffet Restaurant, or sample delightful Italian cuisine at the Primadonna Italian Restaurant for a local charge, or if you opt for the Half Board package it's a 15 euro voucher for adults and 7.50 euros for children (for children aged 6+ access is permitted). The Wet Bar offers a great selection of cocktails with a live DJ set every Tuesday and Thursday (until mid-September).

Sports & Entertainment

VidaClub is free of charge (a reservation is required) and designed around children and their daily needs. Designed for 3 -11-year-olds, parents can relax in the knowledge that their children can play in a safe and secure environment. With activities carefully tailor-made to different age groups, VidaClub is the place to play, perform and create (opening times vary during winter months). There is also an evening entertainment programme during summer. A Babysitting service is also provided during the day by fully qualified staff; 24-hour pre-booking is needed. Minimum service is 2 hours.

Nursery services are available for babies between 6 months and 2 years, with limited capacity, subject to extra charges.

The exclusive Mar Club offers access to exclusive facilities (must be pre-booked at the hotel 24 hours in advance) including a new heated outdoor pool, an outdoor massage cabin, Bali bed rental and bar service.

The hotel's Osmos Wellness Centre offers guests FREE access to the fitness room and indoor leisure heated pool, both for adults and children.

A fully equipped gym (age 16+), and a SPA with a Health Club is also available for an extra charge. There're also activities from Tuesday till Sunday every week (until the 31st October) with a weekly programme and daily schedule. Including daily group classes. Featuring an animated heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and ice fountain, the spa water circuit can be enjoyed by guests for €20,00 per 3 hours which includes a towel. In the pool and jacuzzi it is mandatory to wear a swimming cap, which can be purchased at the reception (€5 per unit). Relaxing treatments are also offered at the Spa. The Health club is open 10:00-19:00.
