Rooms

Delightfully appointed bedrooms with two single beds overlooking the luxurious gardens of the hotel. All rooms feature air-conditioning, cable television, direct dial telephone, mini-bar, personal safe, 24 hour room service, trouser press, hair-dryer and balcony with furniture. Express and standard laundry service available in all rooms. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available on request.

Food & Drink

Located off the main lobby, the Caprice Lounge is the ideal place for cocktails before and after dinner. The experienced bartenders would be delighted to mix an old favourite or create a cocktail for your stay. Live pianist daily. There are two restaurants (Traditional & Far Eastern), Summer Pizza Garden, Cocktail Bar with evening entertainment, Lounge Bar/ Bistro, Outdoor poolside bar & veranda restaurant and Private dining rooms are also available. It should be noted: children under 12 are not allowed at the New Years Eve Gala Dinner (31st of December).

The complex offers the Atheneum Spa, special arrangement for golf at Royal Malta Golf Club, outdoor swimming pool, indoor pool / Jacuzzi, gym, mud baths, Finnish and colour therapy, saunas, oxygen therapy facilities, Reiki relaxation techniques, feedback therapy, massage parlour and a beauty salon. Stay fit with tennis and squash. There are (seasonal) water-sports facilities at the private beach seven kilometres away from the hotel. These include sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing and water-skiing. Children under the age of 16 years are not allowed in the Athenaeum Spa. Also, children under the age of 16 are allowed to use the indoor pool (from 08.00-10.00 hrs) given than they are accompanied by an adult.
