• Palm Bar and Grill - a pool bar and grill spot sounds like our idea of heaven, dig into something fresh from the coals with a cold bev waiting to wash it down with.

• Bars - no matter what vibe you're looking for, there's a bar that's gonna hit the spot, from the Kaa Bar & Lounge in the lobby to the Coco Bar overlooking the sea. Sports & Entertainment

• Swimming - sink into an expansive pool with waterfalls that meander down from the lobby to the beach - Sounds big right? It's because it's one of the largest pools in the Dominican Republic, if that sounds intimidating though, then there's another pool ready and waiting for ya and a children's pool with a pirate ship too.

• Looking to keep active but the pool isn't your thing (weird flex), then you might enjoy a workout in the fitness suite, or you might want to try your hand at some of the activities available on-site from basketball and darts to snorkelling and other non-motorized water sports.

• Be pampered at the on-site Aura Spa, which has a packed list of face and body treatments as well as hydrotherapy whirlpool baths, a steam room, sensation shower, cold plunge, sauna and massage cabins - trust us, you can't get much more zen than this.

• For the Kids - this hotel knows how to make a family jolly pop, with a kids club (ages 3-12) offering everything from video games, crafts and camping adventures, among other things daily (9:00 - 21:00 - closed 17:00 - 18:30). The teens aren't left out though, they've got their own club too (ages 13-17) with video games, sports activities and social events (open 10:00 - 22:00).
